In 2018, global manufacturer Hi-Force Hydraulic Tools (UK) required a compliant local partner to meet South Africa’s BBBEE requirements. With Sean Sandham’s over 10 years of leadership experience at Hi-Force and Saretha’s strategic drive, Wanawake Industrial Supplies was launched to bridge the gap between high-quality international brands and South Africa’s growing industrial needs.

The name “Wanawake” — which means women in Swahili — honours the spirit of inclusion, empowerment, and opportunity at the heart of our business.
