PRESSURE REGULATOR
SERVOPRESS is an automatic electronic appliance, destined to regulate functioning of the electric pumps without using booster tanks. This unit manage the automatic start and stop of the pump when opening or closing any tap or valve of the installation. It keeps pump running while it exists any tap opened in the system, ensuring flow and pressure to the hydraulic net while ther is demand.
Morevoer, it guarantees dry running protection and anti-blocking functionalities.
SERVOPRESS allows:
– setting of re-starting pressure by dedicated button (SERVOPRESS LP SET M)
– reading of re-starting pressure directly by display
– anti-blocking and automatic restart functionalities
– TUV certification
– It can be mounted on surface pumps and submersible pumps

SELF-PRIMING ELECTRIC PUMPS in cast iron
AGA – AGC electric pumps are self-priming cast iron electric pumps equipped with Venturi group (ejector and diffuser) in PPE + PS reinforced with glass fibres. Practical, easy to use and easily transportable thanks to their low weight. The pump body is made of cast iron for all models. Among their peculiarities is that of having a shaft in steel AISI 303 (for the part in contact with the liquid). The impellers are available in PPE + PS reinforced with glass fibres for AGA 0.60 – 0.75 – 1.00 and in brass for the rest of the range. The mechanical seal is in Ceramic/Carbon/NBR. The self-ventilated 2-pole asynchronous motors are IE3 high energy efficiency starting from 0.75 kW.

SMART EVO is equipped with LED lights signaling voltage presence, thermal protection and motor running, a main switch interlocking door, pushbuttons for manual or automatic operation, level relay for probes volt free alarm contacts.
The external controls such as float switches and pressure switches are connected to the terminals of the main electronic board.

E-SPD
Control systems and panels
E-SPD is an air-cooled inverter, which can be installed directly on the terminal box, designed to control the start and stop of the pump based on the setpoint of the system pressure. It offers high energy savings and reduced noise levels, along with operating costs. It can be used in residential applications as it conforms to Directive EN 61800-3 Category C2.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
• The inverter installation is user friendly with quick set up which ensures a
fast and effective start up.
• It can be adapted to all centrifugal pumps, both horizontal and vertical
• The LCD display allows effective management of all system parameters, including a back-up history
• The E-SPD can protect the system against overpressure, over current, voltage fluctuation,

• The E-SPD comes equipped with 2 digital inputs and 2 relay outputs in addition to pressure transducer input (4-20 mA).
The E-SPD is also RS485 compliant which enables connection of up to 8 inverters

PRESSCOMFORT is an automatic electronic appliance, destined to regulate the operation of the electric pump without using booster reservoirs. Water pump automatic start and stop command when a cock or valve connected to the installation opens or closes respectively. When the pump starts, it keeps running while it exists any tap opened in the system, giving flow and pressure to the hydraulic net while there is demand. If there is no suction air, the pump stops automatically.
PRESSCOMFORT allows:
– manual restore (RESET key)
– automatic restore after 1, 6, 12 o 24 hours.
If on suction the water returns to a pressure exceeding the fixed value
for pump start-up, PRESSCOMFORT is restored automatically.

CDA centrifugal electric pumps are cast iron electric pumps fitted with a double impeller to allow them to expand their performance while maintaining compact dimensions. The pump body is in cast iron, they mount a mechanical seal in Ceramic/Carbon/NBR. The impeller is made of PPE + PS reinforced with glass fibres for CDA models 0.75 – 1.00, while the rest of the range is equipped with a brass impeller. Among the technical specifications are noted the AISI 303 steel shaft for CDA models 0.75 – 1.00 – 1.50 – 2.00 – 3.00, in AISI 304 steel for CDA models 4.00 – 5.50. CDA models 0.75 – 1.00 have an aluminium support, while the rest of the range is equipped with cast iron supports. The motors are asynchronous 2-pole self-ventilated, high energy efficiency IE3 starting from powers of 0.75 kW.

Characterised by a sturdy and compact construction. Available in various versions and models and suitable for many applications: pressure groups, water distribution and treatment, heating and air conditioning, cooling and chiller, irrigation and rainwater recovery, industrial washing and industrial systems.
• Body, impellers, intermediate stages, seal holder disc and shaft (part in contact with the liquid) in AISI 304.

MULTIGO
Vertical multistage
VERTICAL MULTISTAGE CENTRIFUGAL ELECTRIC PUMP with an outer casing, a motor cover and a seal holder disc in AISI 304.
• The components of the hydraulics, i.e. impeller, diffuser and spacer, are made of polypropylene and polystyrene (PPE + PS) reinforced with glass fibres.
• Constructively it presents a double mechanical seal in an oil chamber, to ensure continuous lubrication and maximum reliability. Both seals, on the motor side and on the pump side, are made of Carbon/Ceramic/EPDM.
• Cooling of the motor is guaranteed by the passage of the pumped fluid, so that this pump can be used both in the surface and in the submerged configuration. It is precisely this feature that makes it suitable for different applications.
• All the MULTIGO models are supplied with 5 meters of H07RN-F cable.
